The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, as well as all agreements between “Fincen Liberty” (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and “Client” (“You” or “Your”). All references to “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” include both the Client and the Company. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to provide the agreed-upon services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, or gender are interchangeable and shall refer to the same.

Fulfillment Policy

At Fincen Liberty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our commitment to delivering BOI Reporting services and the terms for refunds and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures. All transactions are billed in U.S. Dollars.

Refunds

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

  1. If the service has not been rendered during the agreed-upon term of the contract.
  2. Filing deadlines are strictly enforced due to state and federal compliance requirements, and refunds are subject to these terms.
  3. Requests for refunds must be submitted before Fincen Liberty provides acknowledgment of the completed BOI filing to the client.

Important Notes:

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@fincenliberty.com.
  • Once the service is rendered and filing is completed, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service under the following conditions:

  1. Cancellation requests must be submitted within the parameters of our terms and conditions.
  2. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@fincenliberty.com.
  3. Upon cancellation, all data you have provided to Fincen Liberty will be securely purged from our database.

Additional Notes:

  • Certain filings may involve state or federal fees. These fees are non-refundable and are separate from our service fees.
  • Cancellations are not applicable if the service has been completed or the filing has been submitted.
